Poslední míle je finální fáze doručovacího procesu, kdy je zásilka přepravena z depa do konečného místa určení, obvykle do domu spotřebitele. Efektivní doručení poslední míle je klíčem ke spokojenosti zákazníka, který si přeje doručení zásilky v co nejkratším čase a co nejlevněji. Tento poslední krok na cestě balíku je však nejdražší, časově nejnáročnější a nejkomplikovanější částí přepravního procesu.
